By accessing or using the FWonder Business Consultancy website, landing page, or the ₦15,000 Mini Perfume Business Masterclass (collectively "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Payment

All payments are processed through Paystack, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment card information directly.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed for the ₦15,000 Mini Perfume Business Masterclass. Please review the masterclass description carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues with payment processing, contact us for assistance.

3. No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION, FWONDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MASTERCLASS WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR OUTCOME. RESULTS DEPEND ON YOUR PARTICIPATION, EFFORT, AND CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FWONDER BUSINESS CONSULTANCY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

All content, logos, graphics, and materials on this website and in the masterclass are the property of FWonder Business Consultancy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any content without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the masterclass.

We communicate with masterclass participants via email. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us, including onboarding messages and class-related updates. You may opt out of email communication at any time by replying to the email or using the unsubscribe link.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
